Shipping policy

Our shippers are UPS. In the event you fail to receive your parcel you must notify us within 4 days. UPS are responsible for any missing items and Will endeavour to locate them. The rate of missing parcels is very low. UPS use GPS systems so are able to identify exact delivery of parcels.
